A selection of heavily botrytized bunches, whole bunch pressed and fermented in French oak barriques. This wine shows complex aromas of marmalade and apricot with ginger and musk botrytis characters. Oak fermentation adds structure and length to the palate, integrating the acidity and residual sweetness.
