This wine has been handcrafted to combine the ripe varietal characters of Gisborne Chardonnay, peach, grapefruit and citrus.Complemented by 40% new barrique ferment adding toasty flavours with savoury, toffee, vanilla, caramel and nutty characters. The palate is rich, integrated, creamy and mouth filling with exceptional length and a clean lingering finish. Ripe aromas of Lychee, pink grapefruit, ginger and exotic spice with hints of rose petal. The palate is rich and spicy - balanced with a trace of natural grape sugar providing a refreshing off- dry style.
